IOREG is an inward outward register that will help maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents, letters and parcels. Every business organization has a lot of documents, letters, packages going out and coming in everyday. Unless meticulous records are maintained that are searchable, tracing an item later becomes a huge problem. This utility will have all the details related to such incoming and outgoing documents stored. If you need to track any such document, it becomes very easy to find the details. An inward master is used for entering all the details of documents coming into the organization. Many items of information that will help find these items later are recorded. These include a reference number, date, inward number, division addressed to, for whose attention, from and address of the sender details, etc. Outward material details are maintained in the outward master. The software comes with a simple interface. Thus, anyone in the front office would be able to start using it very easily.

Access to the program is through password authentication. Setting of these user id and passwords are done by an administrator. The tool takes care of disaster proofing of data by regular backups. Any organization that has a large number of documents coming in and going out would be able to utilize such a program very usefully. Inward Register: Inward Register shows the records of the all the documents which came into the Business & entered through Inward Master. Outward Register: Outward Register shows the records of the all the documents which came into the Business & entered through Outward Master. Settings: Settings option is used to set settings for the different user, their password & the rights to be assigned to them. Backup: It is one of the most important functions of IOREG software as it safeguards your records. You can do so with help of the Backup option.
